Almost all countries including India have today faced a burning problem of terrorism. The human rights of the individual in the State are violated by the act of the terrorists resulting the deprivation of the life and property on the mass scale. The terrorists are persuading the individuals to become displaced from their own native places. The harridans and Dalits are passing dreadful nights from the apprehension of the attack of upper class people’s hired Gundas. The people belonging to the upper classes are worried about the security of life and property from the attack of terrorists.
The passengers in the train or plane are not certain about the security of life. The railway lines may be displace by the act of terrorism or the plane may be him acked by the terrorists. Every day there is news that Indian civilians life is endangered, wounded or passed away by the gunshot of terrorists. So the people in the society like to live peacefully without being disturbed and interfered on the right to life and property.
The people belonging to the different political groups, different religious belief take the measure of threat and voidance against other political group and other religious groups apprehending the property and life of not only their but also their near and dear ones of the family and relatives. All these acts of violence fall under the category of Gun dais and terrorism. The term terrorism in a broader sense includes all the aforesaid acts.
The act of terrorism is’
now a menace to the society. The State has become helpless to protect the life
and property of the individual. The Constitution of India has given guaranty
safeguard the and property of the citizens of India but the State now seems to
be helpless.
The origin of this terrorism is from the unrest created by socio-- economic and political causes. The act of terrorism is not confined to the offences against the State only but also against the particular person or group of persons. There are various forms of criminal acts and offences resorting to terrorism.
The acts of violence have caused terror in the
minds of cornpone people. The Indian Penal Code has become inactive and
insufficient to punish the criminals. The terrorists and disruptive
(Preventive) Act, 1987 was first promulgated for the first time in the year
1985 and it was again introduced in the year 1987 when the former Act expired
after 2 years from the year of commencement.
Now this Act is repealed as it is found to be used for the political purpose. The Extradition Act, 1962 was amended in the year 1993 so as to empower the central Government for taking steps to prosecute the fugitive criminals in India. Ail the penal lava’s in India are intended to prevent the commission of offences by punishing the offences.
Whatever we talk
about the prevention of commission of offences, in reality, the society is
drowning the deep sea of criminalisation. The actual offenders become sot free.
In this way we can say that criminal laws in India as well as in foreign
countries have nothing to do against culpable inaction.
We have read in Ramayana and Iv’iahabharat that terrorism was in full swing at that time. The names of Rowan and his family members are known as terrorists. In the same way the names of Dushasan and Duryodhan are also known as terrorists. The law made by the State had become short to punish this Assures and there was no power to perish them.
It is said that God made laws came in force and lave; abiding persons got victory over these devils, terrorists. The person who obeys the laws made by God, Vidhi Vidhata can get victory over these persons. The persons who attain spiritual knowledge with are well versed &« the laws made by God.
The spiritual Father, who is the supreme teacher, is the knowledgeful and he has made the law to punish the evildoers and no body car escape unpunished because in the end at the time of Kayarnat the role of the Dharam Raj is wounderful. In order to prevent the crimes many laws were made but all become obsolete and proved to be inactive. Therefore, one law will be sufficient to over come the shortcomings of many laws. Absolute Law, Spirituality, will solve the problem of terrorism.
Knowledge of the spirit or soul is called spiritual knowledge. We all are souls, which are not perishable. When we learn this knowledge we cannot afraid from death. How do we get peace when especially we find degradation of values, people have ceased to be hereon? People say My Country, My Caste, My State, My religion and all kinds of such words are creating hatred among people and nations. Under such circumstances we cannot establish world peace.
Man cannot
be put in bandage of lave/ and justice without creating efface. But with fear
man will follow law and justice for only a short period. The true justice is to
have balance of love and law. We should create love towards the religion of
humanity and we should work for establishing peace in the world and this can be
done only when we think that all are brothers being the souls and are the
children of God Father. We should not be criminal-eyed but we should be
civil-eyed i.e. civilized person. And in civilized
Nation, there will be no problem of terrorism. The
civilized man can be made by spiritual knowledge. Religion has made us communal
but spirituality makes us loveful, peaceful and lawful.
